Discover the wonders of cooking, explore new flavors, develop your sense of taste, learn basic techniques and use cooking equipment safely; this is what our summer camps have to offer, and even more.
Over the course of one week, children discover new spices, new foods and techniques each day… They are supervised by our professional chefs, trained for child mentoring. Children learn to cook from A to Z and discover international cuisine. Our activities are 100% focused on practice.
The children try their culinary creations on the spot, for lunch, and bring home some of their creations for their families to try.
Note that recipes change every year.
Beyond the theory that is introduced to the children, the practice remains our main focus in order to awaken their senses. Using recipes that are easy to recreate at home, we designed workshops based on various learning fields.
